Tages, Edizione, and 21 Invest announced the creation of 21 Next, a new platform dedicated to private markets. 21 Next will acquire 100% of Tages and 21 Invest. The founding partners of Tages and 21 Invest, together with their respective senior managers, will acquire a significant minority stake in 21 Next, thus ensuring full continuity in management and total alignment of interests with investors.
